Genesis Communication Inc. signs agreement to acquire assets and operations of Matrix Professional Video Systems Inc.

EDMONTON, Alberta – March 5, 2007 – Genesis Communication Inc. today announced it has signed an agreement to acquire the assets and operations of Matrix Professional Video Systems Inc. of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, effective May 1, 2007. For the balance of March and April, 2007, both the Genesis and Matrix offices will continue with business as usual.

Genesis Communication Inc. is one of Canada’s premier professional electronic systems integration companies. Genesis provides a full range of design/build, consultation, and installation services including fully integrated audio, video, security, data, and telecommunication systems. Matrix Professional Video Systems Inc. has been the predominant production/broadcast video and audio/visual integration solutions provider throughout British Columbia for over 20 years.

The Vancouver branch office shall operate for a period of time as “Genesis/Matrix” to allow existing clientele to adjust to the change.
